This residential cleaning appointment is designed to maintain the cleanliness of your home. We recommend this type of cleaning for our regularly scheduled residential cleaning clients, and as maintenance following a deep cleaning.

• Polish furniture
• Dust lamps, picture frames, furnishings, fireplace, etc.
• Dust blinds & shutters and window sills
• Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
• Remove visible cobwebs
• Remove trash and reline waste baskets
• Shine dresser mirrors, glass, and TVs
• Change bed linens
Sorry, we do not clean carpets, do laundry, or wash dishes.

Additional cleaning is generally recommended prior to basic regular maintenance cleaning, or simply to get your home in shape so that you can maintain it yourself. If you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis and prefer to maintain your own home, we suggest that you have a professional deep cleaning at least twice per year.
